Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name, subject and message that you choose to provide.
For security and abuse prevention, the website may also process limited technical information such as the date and time of submission, IP address and browser user agent.
Why we use it
We use the information to review your enquiry, communicate with you and take steps you request in connection with a potential business relationship. Contact-form submissions are not added to a marketing mailing list.
Service providers and international processing
Website hosting and corporate email infrastructure are operated by service providers used by Vortex AM. They process information only as needed to host the website, protect it from abuse and deliver messages.
The website also loads typefaces from Google-hosted resources. When these resources are requested, technical connection information such as an IP address may be transmitted to Google.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the related business communication, maintain appropriate records and meet applicable legal obligations. Messages that do not lead to an ongoing business relationship may be deleted when they are no longer needed.
